Shipping policy

Processing Hours: Orders are processed from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (GMT+4), Saturday to Thursday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Thursday will be processed the following Saturday.
Free Delivery: Available for order from anywhere in Dubai.
Delivery Cost: For orders from any Emirate except Dubai, a flat rate of 30 AED applies.
Shop Pickup: Orders for pickup will be prepared and held for 7 days. After this period, uncollected orders will be canceled and items returned to the shop floor.
Delivery Restrictions: We do not dispatch to post office boxes.
Notification: If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notification or contact you via the phone number provided during purchase. You will receive an automated email with your order reference and tracking details once dispatched.
Delays: Delivery times may be affected by local holidays, sales periods, force majeure, and weekends. 1937 Bespoke cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
