Shipping Information
Processing hours: Orders are processed from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (GMT+4), Saturday to Thursday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Thursday are processed the following Saturday.
Delivery cost: A flat delivery fee of AED 10 applies to every order, anywhere in the UAE and to Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.
Delivery time: 1–2 business days within the UAE; 3–5 business days to the other GCC countries.
Cash on delivery: Available on every order. Please have the exact amount ready for the courier.
Shop pickup: Orders for pickup are prepared and held for 7 days. After this period, uncollected orders are cancelled and the items returned to the shop floor.
Delivery restrictions: We do not deliver to post office boxes.
Notification: If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notification or contact you on the phone number given at checkout. You will receive an email with your order reference and tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Delays: Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, sale periods, weekends and events beyond our control. 1937 Bespoke cannot be held responsible for such delays.
